01 / Let's be honest about where you are

ChatGPT Is Open in a Tab.
The Admin Is Still There on Friday.

You use AI. You get something useful back. Then you paste it into the email, fix it by hand, and close the tab.

Next week: same task. Same blank box. Starting from zero.

That's not AI working for you. That's you working for the AI.

A system that forgets you

Every session starts from scratch. No memory of your voice, your clients, your way of working. AI that resets daily is just a fancy search box.

Tools that don't connect

Five different things that don't talk to each other. You're the integration layer — manually moving information between them all week.

A curve you haven't had time to climb

You know there's more leverage here. You just haven't had the time to figure it out properly.

02 / What this actually looks like

A Second Brain. That Runs Without You.

I paste something into my inbox — a contact I met, an idea, a link. It gets filed in the right place with the right context. Automatically.

My calendar gets built around my actual projects. I don't decide when to work on what — my agent knows my priorities and handles it. I just do the work.

Nothing falls through the cracks.
Not because I'm disciplined.
Because the system is.

That's what your agent will do for you. Starting with your biggest time-drain — and building from there.

(Batch 1 participant results — coming after July 2026)

03 / The honest deliverable

Three Sessions.
One Agent Running. Already Working.

Not a course. No certificate. You leave with something running.

Always on

Runs around the clock — even when your laptop is off — for the cost of a couple of coffees a month.

Gets sharper every week

Every task you teach it becomes a skill it keeps. It builds a model of how you work and compounds over time.

Yours to keep building

You won't need me to maintain it. You'll know it well enough to extend it yourself.

04 / The honest reason the workshop exists

The Tool Is Free.
The Learning Curve Is Not.

The agent we build is open-source. You could go install it right now.

Go ahead. See how it goes.

I set it up myself. It took weeks of trial, error, and rebuilding from scratch — not because the tool isn't good, but because it's powerful, there are many ways to configure it, and most documentation is written for developers.

What the workshop gives you isn't access to the tool. It's three sessions with someone who's already been through it — who knows the right setup, what works, and what wastes a week.

You get the shortcut. I paid for the long way.

And once it's set up: it's yours. No monthly fee. No subscription that stops when you stop paying. Your data, your rules, your agent.
05 / What three sessions looks like

Something Running
by Session One.

Your agent, live

We build and deploy together. By the end of this session, your agent is running and handling its first task.

The next layer

Your second biggest time-drain, automated. We pick what moves the needle most and build it together.

The compound

We connect the pieces and make sure you have everything you need to keep building on your own.

I Figured This Out the Hard Way.
You Don't Have To.

I'm Till. Social media at an agency. Online marketing at a travel company. Freelance projects for years. For the last five years, deep in AI — workflows, automations, agents, and what these tools actually do for a one-person business when they're set up right.

The pattern I kept seeing: brilliant people drowning in the work around their work. Not bad at what they do — just spending Tuesday afternoons on things that had nothing to do with why they started.

"I truly believe: if more people could spend their time on the work that fulfils them, something genuinely shifts."

That's why I do this.

08 / Questions

Questions

Do I need to be technical?

You don't need to be a developer. But you should be comfortable following a setup process step by step. If you've ever installed an app or configured a tool and made it work, you'll be fine.

What do I need before the first session?

A computer, an internet connection, and one task you genuinely want off your plate.

What does it cost to keep the agent running after the workshop?

Around €6–10 per month. No software subscriptions, no per-seat fees, no lock-in.

What tool are we actually building with?

Hermes — an open-source AI agent built by Nous Research. Currently the most-used open-source agent in the world, with persistent memory, self-improving skills, and support for any AI model you choose. It's free, and you own it completely.

Why not just use the AI already built into my existing tools?

Those work for single tasks in isolation. They don't connect across your work, don't remember you, and you're tied to whoever provides them. What we build here learns how you work — across everything — and keeps getting better.

Will I be able to maintain it myself after the workshop?

Yes. That's part of what the three sessions are for.
